After 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate construction and development, Rick's skill set brings creative, outside the box, opportunities to his partnerships.  He has utilized historic tax credits and tax incentives to make projects financially work and has negotiated with Design Review Boards and Historic Conservation Boards to achieve an equitable position for all.  These abilities have helped Rick successfully secure projects in competitive bid scenarios.

Maureen's portfolio of experience covers a lot of ground in the single family and multi-family real estate industry.  Specifically, she has created and executed senior independent living dwellings for health care operators; patio, duplex and four-plex ranch condominiums for move down buyers; move up single family homes, in addition to years invested in one-of-a-kind custom estates.  Design criteria she incorporated included Outdoor Living concepts, Universal Design and Green Building specifications.

Her current projects include repositioning existing communities to align  with market trends and rebranding companies for optimum awareness.

 

Background:

Twenty-five years’ experience has afforded Maureen the opportunity to  work in many different facets of the industry.  Her performance has received recognition from the National Association of Home Builders for design and marketing excellence, as well as, numerous local awards including "Builder of the Year”. Her service back to her industry is exemplified in her twelve years as a Director for the Greater Cincinnati Home Builders Association and member of the board for the Ohio Home Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders.  Understanding the importance of our voice in government, she has served five years as a trustee for Build PAC, the Home Builders Association’s political action committee.  Her passion for historic structures, as well as new, has involved her in preservation projects in her hometown of Waynesville and prompted her new involvement with the Cincinnati Preservation Association.

Lisa started her career in New York City in the financial world of wealth management. That started a foundation of experience in servicing retail and institutional clients. From portfolio management and planning, she expanded into the real estate industry in the Boston region with CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners and GFI Partners.  Quickly she rose to the Sales Director/Project Manager position handling all aspects of property evaluation and project execution.  Her expertise in accessing, positioning and marketing properties is only exceeded by her ability to strategically position clients in the most advantageous scenario for success.

Achieve the highest advantageous exposure for the least amount of investment.  That is Matt's goal.  He is driven to offer his clients the service they desire to work with their business plan.  By doing so, he eliminates costly "extras" and becomes the cost effective provider in the industry.  Matt believes this is a key driver in successful business planning now and into the future.

 

Specialties:

Matt has been involved in many different facets of residential real estate sales.  Experience with traditional brokerage institutions, with full service operations, steered him to evaluate the different needs of the building companies.  Small, medium and large volume builders all have varied approaches to selling their product.  Many of these companies' needs are not met in the "one size fits all" traditional package.  This opportunity motivated Matt to fill that need through the NorthPointe Realty brokerage service.

 

Background:

Matt has been in real estate almost 20 years.  He has given back to his industry through his active involvement in the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati.  Twice he has been elected to the position of President of the Sales & Marketing Council.  Matt also served four years on the HBA Board of Directors.
